MedSort is a pharmacy workflow tool for organizing a patient's medication list from Epic dispense records. Paste the tab-separated dispense history as copied from Epic and MedSort splits it into current, temporary and older medications, then flags refills that are falling behind schedule. It is built for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians doing medication reconciliation and refill review. This site is a testing environment and is not for clinical decision-making. Everything runs in the browser; nothing is uploaded.
